The Harrisburg Cougars begin there second year of under 19's rugby. They play in the Susquehanna Division of the
EPRU under the laws of USA rugby. All students between the 8th and 12th grades in the Harrisburg School District are
welcome to play, no e xperience needed. If interested please contact us as at CougarRugby@verizon.net.
Practices are Held at William Penn High school from 3:35pm to 5:35 Tues, Wens, and Thurs. The activity bus is available after practice for those who need it.
All home matches Kick off at 2PM and are played at William Penn High School.
